Student Fan Bus and Attendance Information for Baseball 5/23 (Attachment)

Parents, Guardians, and Students:

There will be a student fan bus that will travel to the game in Abilene on Friday, May 23. The bus will leave CHS at 11:00 AM and return after the game. There will not be a fan bus on Thursday due to the late game or on Saturday due to prom. The cost to ride the fan bus on Friday is $10 and does not include meals or game admission (student admission $3). The bus will stop for lunch going to Abilene and dinner returning to Cleburne (fast food). At least 45 students will need to sign up for the fan bus, or it will be cancelled. No additional tickets will be sold after the bus is full. In order to ride the bus, students will need to give $10 and the parent permission form (attached) to Paula Allen by 12:00 noon on Thursday.

Regardless if a student rides the fan bus, any student who misses school to attend the game on Friday must have a parent permission form (attached) AND sign-in with Ms. Tracy White at the game in order to receive an excused absence. This absence will not count against final exam exemptions. The parent permission form will need to be turned into the attendance office by 4:00 PM on Thursday.

Go Jackets!
